Fashion Week isn't Fashion Week, without a little glamour! Leave it to Jayson Brunsdon to create a collection epitomising glamour, elegance and femineity. For his 10 year anniversary collection, titled 'Obsession', Jayson was inspired by the 'shapes and volumes of mid century couture', with particular attention to cinema. The pieces have been designed as though every woman is a star of a film. The collection consists of 45 looks created using stunning silk, sequin georgette, silk satin, floral jacquard, organza, crepe and lace. The show was presented by Myer, and of course, Myer Ambassador Jennifer Hawkins, was seated front row.

Camilla and Marc: Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia 2013

Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia 2013, kicked off with one of my favourite design duos, Camilla and Marc. Celebrating 10 years in the industry, Camilla and Marc definitely showed, just why we love them so much! This season's collection 'Concentric' was inspired by the layers of the Russian Matryoshka Dolls.. a symbolic representation of peeling back the brand's own layers.

The S/S 2013 collection started with a little red, blue and orange animal print, progressed to a dashes of blue, black and white, and ended with white leather, gold jacquards and black lace. Show stopping pieces included a blue mid-drift dress with a skater skirt, and a croc-embossed white leather, bell shaped skirt.

Front Row included The Vampire Diaries' Phoebe Tonkin, Lara Bingle, Rachel Finch and Barbie, Kate Waterhouse, Candice Lake, Bryan Boy and Susie Style Bubble.

The Countdown till Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia!!

Yes, there's just days till Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia!! Once again I will be attending and covering this year's event. With a new date and new location, this year's event is set to be memorable. The event kicks off with the one and only Camilla and Marc and I'm a tad, bit, overly excited to be attending! Both Camilla and Marc and Jayson Brunsdon are celebrating 10 years in the industry. This year's line up includes Manning Cartell, Aurelio Costarella, Bec and Bridge, Ellery, Camilla, Romance was Born, Michael Lo Sordo, Lisa Ho, Ginger and Smart, Alice McCall, By Johnny, Aje, Suboo, Shakuhachi...not to mention the return of Alex Perry, Karla Spetic and yes, Sass and Bide! The new comer individual shows will include Vanishing Elephant, We are Handsome, Kahlo, Staple the Label, Serpent and the Swan, Phoenix Keating and Project Runway Winner, Christina Exie.
This year's special guests include model Georgia May Jagger, Phoebe Tonkin, Candice Lake, Byran Boy, Susie Style Bubble and BARBIE, who be dressed by Camilla and Marc.
