Zoella x Colourpop Collaboration

Zoe Sugg is my favourite YouTuber, so I was excited to hear about her collaboration with Colourpop.  Zoella x Colourpop, embraces the 70s, and vibes the ultimate brunch date.  I can't get enough of the collection...From the super cute packaging, to the pressed powder eyeshadow palette I never knew I needed, and how can I forget my new favourite make up bag!

The pressed powder 'Brunch Date' eyeshadow palette is definitely the stand out of the collection.  It's a mixture of warm and cool tones, and both matte and shimmers.  It's also an extremely wearable palette with tones of brown, copper, pink, champagne and even a pop of blue.

The collection also includes 3 Ultra Matte lips, 2 Supernova shadows, a pressed powder highlighter, pressed powder blush and 2 Crème Gel liners.

March Beauty Favourite: Deciem - The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid

The Ordinary, has quickly become a cult favourite.  If you're not familiar with The Ordinary, it's Deciem's brand extension specialising in simple serums and oils.  Each serum and oil contains one or two active ingredients.  The serums and oils are free from harmful chemicals including, Parabens, Sulphates and Mineral Oils.  The price of these serums and oils, are insane.  The majority of products are priced under $20, so what's great, is that, you can specifically purchase what your skin requires.  My skin is predominately dry, so I decided to try the Hyaluronic Acid.  The Hyaluronic Acid is a burst of moisture and hydration to your skin, and I am obsessed!  It has become an essential in my skincare routine.  It's silicone, cruelty and alcohol free and vegan, but what I love most, is that, is doesn't have a strong scent.  It's simple, effective and clever skincare, which is why this is my March Favourite.  The brand is set to expand its range to include foundations, which I cannot wait to try!

Charlotte Tilbury's New HOT Lips Collection

Introducing, Charlotte Tilbury's new HOT Lips Collection.  The lipstick collection was inspired by some of the world's most influential female A-listers.  Each shade is uniquely created and inspired by women including Nicole Kidman, Miranda Kerr, Poppy Delevingne, Liv Tyler, Kate Moss, Cindy Crawford, Emily Ratajkowski, Kate Bosworth.. each celebrity with their own customized shade.  

 I couldn't wait to try these, so the moment I received them, I was instantly hooked.  I'm all about a nude lip, but the collection does include a number of shades including, nudes, pinks, pops of vibrant red, and a few darker tones.  The lipsticks are in two formulas, K.I.S.S.I.N.G Lipstick and Matte Revolution.  I've tried the Matte Revolution, and whilst the shades are Matte, they are super moisturising, luminous and have a soft cashmere finish.  Like all of Charlotte's packaging, it's gold and luxurious.  When you open the lipstick, each shade is embossed with a lip print and has a square angled tip for the perfect application.

March Beauty Favourites

I'm really excited to share with you my favourite beauty products this month.  My favourites each month will consist of new product arrivals, items I'm loving, and a few of my old favourites.

 

TARTE Rainforest of the Sea 'Skin Twinkle Lightening Palette': This is new levels of amaze!  I literally wanted to post the entire 'Rainforest of the Sea' collection.  I have however, decided to share the highlighting palette with you.  This palette has a champagne gold shade for highlighting, and a rose pearl shade for adding glow. Just perfect!

MAC x Charlotte Olympia collection: A few weeks ago I posted about the MAC x Charlotte Olympia Collection.  It's finally available!  I've included the eye shader brush and make up bag in my favourites.  Of course, I want the complete collection!

TOO FACED 'Better Than Sex Waterproof Mascara':  If you already love Too Faced's 'Better Than Sex' Mascara, then you're going to be completely obsessed with the new waterproof version.  People have literally been chopping onions and crying their eyes out just to test the Mascara... And guess what?  The mascara remained in perfect condition!

CLINIQUE 'Moisture Surge Skin Fortifying Hydrator': I can't believe I've waited this long to try this product.  It's super hydrating, light weight and keeps my skin silky and smooth.  What's great, is that, it can be used with the majority of skin types and doesn't leave your skin looking oily.

SMASHBOX 'Photo Finish Primer Water': This is a new product for Smashbox.  It is a spray-on primer water.  The spray provides primer benefits, hydration from the water, and leaves your skin sheer radiant.  It can be used as a primer, to lock in your make up, and to refresh your look throughout the day.   

BY TERRY 'Ombre Black Star': At the moment I am obsessed with shimmer cream eye shadow sticks.  The By Terry Ombre Black Star stick is amazing!  It goes on smooth, blends well, doesn't smudge and looks incredible.

Lauren Conrad's 'Celebrate' Book Launch

If you loved Lauren Conrad's 'Style' and 'Beauty' books, then you're going to be completely obsessed with her latest book, 'Celebrate'.  'Celebrate' is about creating the perfect gathering.  A must-have guide for entertaining and party planning. 

For her launch, Lauren wore a pink dress and a strappy nude heel from her LC Lauren Conrad collection, available at Kohls. Her make up consisted of a deep berry lip and Lauren's signatory cat-eye.  The pretty in pink event, even included, a mini Laguna Beach reunion!  Yes, Dieter and Trey, from 'Laguna Beach', were there to support Lauren.

Charlotte Olympia x MAC Collaboration

Everyone knows I love a collaboration, but I don't think I've ever been this excited for one.  One of favourite designers, Charlotte Olympia, is collaborating with MAC for an exclusive make up collection.  Inspired by old Hollywood glamour, the collection will hit stores end of March.  Here's a sneak peek at the collection.  I love the fact that, Charlotte has used her signatory spider web motif throughout the collection, amaze!
