Afterpay Australian Fashion Week 2023: Blanca

I recently attended the Blanca's Resort 2024 collection at Australian Fashion Week.  The debut collection, "A Sumptuous Summer" graced the runway with tones of cream, sage, blue, apricot, lilac and black. In true Blanca style, their signatory shirting and tailoring were evident throughout the collection.  Long flowy skirts juxtaposed with shirting and blazers.  The collection promised refined style with flair, comfort and unique spirit and that it delivered!

Afterpay Australian Fashion Week 2023: Christian Kimber

 I was recently invited to attend the Christian Kimber showing during Afterpay Australian Fashion Week 2023.  Melbourne based menswear designer Christian Kimber showcased his Spring/Summer collection for the very first time at Australian Fashion Week.  This was most definitely my favourite menswear show I have attended.  The collection itself was impeccable and consisted of suiting, coats, knits, leather and suede jacket, and a balance of statement pieces complimented with capsule wardrobe pieces.  The colour palette included predominately warmer tones.  Christian Kimber enlisted the live sounds of Don West Music while the models strutted down the runway.  And as for the models?... yes I started fangirling the moment Lincoln Younes hit the runway!
