It's hard to believe it's the end of 2014... What a year it has been!
Celebrity weddings certainly dominated the media... From Olivia Palermo and Johannes Hubel, to Lauren Conrad and William Tell, Kim and Kanye, Brad and Angelina, George and Amal, Leighton Meester and Adam Brody, Poppy Delevingne and James Cook, Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson, Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo and Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross... and the list continues! Meanwhile, Prince William and Princess Kate announced their second pregnancy and Blake Lively and Ryan Reyonlds are also expecting.
Taylor Swift taught everyone how to Shake it Off, with the release of her fifth album 1989. She was also asked back by Victoria's Secret to perform for the second year in a row! One Direction headed back to Australia to perform at the ARIAS and caused yet another frenzy. Meanwhile, Aussie talent 5 Seconds of Summer proved they'll be around more than 5 seconds! The Veronicas also returned with their self titled album! Alessandra Ambrosio strutted the Alex Perry runway show during Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia. Rachel Zoe finally headed to Australia and I was so fortunate to see her! And H&M and Sephora opened their doors in Australia.
Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen opened the first The Row Store on Melrose Place, which of course I was fortunate to visit! Anna Wintour placed nine models on her September issue cover which included Karlie Kloss, Cara Delevingne and Joan Smalls. The Victoria's Secret Show was held for the first time in London. The crew from Laguna Beach celebrated their 10 year reunion, while Zac Efron went shirtless at the MTV Movie Awards.
It was certainly a year to remember. I was fortunate to head to LA and New York for Fashion Week.... something I'll never forget!
